Alafia Angler's LM18
Starting a thread for my son. We just got home with a really nice LM18 hull. He and his friend will be finishing this. Thanks John!

Looks like the virus is hereditary.

My son was just talking about what modifications he wanted to make to his Paw Patrol toy boat so makes sense. Looking forward to seeing another shallow water boat built.

Going to try and get them to build it without a bilge, minimal hatches, and lots of deck. Tiller 25hp Yamaha, grab rail, hydraulic jack, small battery, and running lights. Maybe a USB power port and bait well. Foam under sole.

Same cockpit drainage as Richard's Bare Bones?
Currently building Jacques Mertens ST21 "Skinnydip". Boating adventures: Splash testing and using 'Skinnydip, as a basis of further building refinement; Adams 44’ sailing sloop "Great Sandy" (cruising and maintaining); Iain Oughtred Feather Pram "Mini Dip" (building); Jacques Mertens R13 "Wood Duck" (built and due for maintenance).

I love your son Adam’s handle choice.
Looking forward to seeing his build.
No water below the deck, 100% self draining and no water in the bilge...

I’m very happy you remembered the process. It’s the absolutely the most awesome way to build a flats boat.
No water below the deck, 100% self draining and no water in the bilge...

I have not put a tape to her, but John said he added width...she looks wider than the plans for sure!
