To install the bolts, I oversize drill with a Forstner bit, wet out the hole with neat epoxy, set in the bolt, and fill in the space around the bolt with a syringe and thickened epoxy with west system 404. Double and triple check that the bolt is not leaning over in the hole. The flat hole bottom created with the forstner bit helps keep the bolt straight up.
