My converter also says .3l/km = 7.84 mi/gal. So, fallguy don't doubt yourself. His rpm range of 5300 to 6300rpm's so if he can hit 5500 he is good. Murat great pics of the boat in the water and the 20kmh is a great top speed since you're not reaching full rpms.

Sure looks great. I see some ropes that are nearly horizontal in a couple of the outside pics. Are those ground ties back to shore?
