fallguy he needs something more than that. This is a 23' boat that is going to weigh close to 1000lbs before the flip. I would say just get some 2x16 and then set them on some cinder blocks across the frames. Glue the boards to the blocks with wedges so they don't tip over. That will get get him up 2' at least.
But he has done a great job to date and may not mind bending over. But he does have have the hardest part ahead of him, fairing and sanding.
