only 6 mm and 9mm available for a FS 14 built

Hello BB forum team,

I am from france and looking forward to build a FS 14. I am currently scouting around for the building materials availability before purchasing the Plans, and have a question for the designer.

So far i found only 6 mm and 9 mm BS 1088 marine ply around here. The 10 mm asked for in the study plan is only available in CBTX , twin face okoume with poplar inner core.
Will the 9mm BS1088 do? Or should i upgrade to 12mm, which will render such a boat extra heavy? Or would the 10mm CBTX be the better of the 3 choices

Vagabon, You can use the 9MM without problem!! Good luck with your build!! Jeff

2nd Jeff. 9mm is fine; most all the 10mm here is 9 anyway I'm told.
