started in 2017, had to stop for a year or 2 in the middle to deal with the shit life throws at you, then covid lockdowns came and gave me the time to finish things up.
still some minor touching up to do and some tweaking of little things i'd like to get done. but boy does she move nice.
she has a 25hp Yamaha 4 stroke. cruises easy between 15 - 20 mph. I clocked a top speed of 30mph but the bow started to slap up and down uncontrollably at that speed

broke in the engine yesterday, today hopefully will get to fish some flats.

Nice work.

A launch of your own build is a great feeling. Hoping to experience it again myself next summer.
