If I have stbd sides on top- tracing it like I have it laid out will produce port side if I just flip the panels over right??? I think I might be going crazy! Not trying to waste 3 pieces of plywood. Lol

For straight sections yes, for curved sections probably, not sure check your plans. Tom

Yes that will work. You can also save a second tracing by clamping two sheets together and cutting them together from the first set of lines you draw out.

Thanks everyone! I was going crazy for about an hour… the half pot of coffee didn’t help. Moving along good now!

One place to be careful is when scarfing or butt joiinting the bottom panels or side panels: dont make 2 left sides! If scarfing not an issue but a butt block on the outside of the boat is going to get some looks.
There are only two seasons in Vermont: boating season, and boat-building season.
