Did you mean 2 2.5 inches above the hull bottom? Maybe i am misunderstanding but seem like 2 inches above the deck is still a stubber

The frames must go to the sole everywhere under.

What about vertical foam half rounds glassed over? That would help with any stubbing issues.

2 to 2.5" I wear 15E shoes and none of them are over 1.5" tall.
