Whoa! Stoked to see this! She looks great. I love the white.

I’d love to pick your brain about how you handled gas tanks and fuel lines and all that stuff. Maybe I’ll see you on the bay someday. Best of luck.

Thank you Dan, you are a big help. I looked over your posts many times when building the C19 for reference. I have 2 16 gallon fuel tanks and installed similar to your tanks. Also, the fuel tank company in New Jersey were very helpful in how to install and ground the tanks. My Suzuki dealer recommended a 3 way valve in the bilge area. Bow tank pickup hose to position 1 on valve , aft tank pickup hose to to position 2 and the 3rd valve goes to fuel/water separator, then when dealer installs the engine pickup hose will go from water separator to engine. Let me know if you have any questions. I’ll help if I can. You can also email me at steve@redoakcabinetry.com

Boat will be kept on the Magothy river off the Chesapeake bay in Arnold MD. I built 16 ft center console in 2017 and the 16’ is on the Magothy also. My son mainly uses it for fishing and crabbing.

Beautiful boat, sorry it has taken so long to get the Suzuki, but it will come. You will love it for its power and thrust. The 2.59 gear ratio will allow you to go with a larger pitch prop. If you need any help selecting a prop, I would be happy to run your boat and motor through my calculators to determine what size prop you need. Have helped many of the guys on here.

Incredible build time, incredible looking boat! Cograts!
There are only two seasons in Vermont: boating season, and boat-building season.

quick tip - edit/save the photos on your phone and they will auto-magically upload in the correct orientation.

Great looking build. The T top fits the lines perfectly.

I think a 115 will be the perfect engine for this hull.

Suzuki 115 was installed and tested by the dealer. Received my boat registration and my C19 is ready to go. Question on boat insurance, I tried to get the boat insured with Geico marine and they would not insure due to the wood hull. Anybody know of any companies they will insure home built boats. Main reason I would like to insure is, if you keep the boat at a marina they want the marinas name on the insurance policy.
