Topcoat over System Three Pennant Primer

I'm building the Optimist Club Racer from the kit on BoatBuilder Central - we're priming with the System Three Pennant Primer recommended in the Stitch and Glue 101 tutorial. However, it doesn't look like there is a corresponding topcoat paint to cover it from System Three any longer. There are several other manufacturers sold on the site (Awlgrip, Interlux, Pettit, Quantum) and several different options from each manufacturer. Can anyone recommend a topcoat paint of these options that would work well with the System Three Pennant Primer?
