A buddy of mine just bought an old Bertram 25 with bad motors and he wants to put outboards on it. He is in the research stage and looking at brackets seems they sell for $6-8000.
Are there any good resources or plans for brackets on those boats?
He isn't afraid of composite work and I could help him, he isn't against aluminum either and we have a buddy who could do the welding for him.
Any thoughts or suggestions I could offer him?

Re: Bertram 25 bracket
Daytrip has done a couple here and there is one more so that would be a good place to start looking.
