Post by squid »

I, with the help of my wife have posted some pics of my fishing boat. Be kind with the comments i have thin skin the next boat I build in a few years will be much better. When I get it licensed I'll send some more water shots. Hoping the weather will stay nice.

Squid, she looks great! Lighten up on your self and be proud, many here have started but few have finished.

Now go splash that boat and smile!

Yeah, some of us are partial to green and white. Good work, the hull lines look very straight and true. Your yard is a mess though, pick up that stuff! Just kidding, mine has pieces of floatation foam everywhere. Seems my min. schnauzer likes to tear it apart and spread it everywhere. I removed a bunch of it while repairing my dads boat. Enjoy your boat, you worked hard for it.

Looking very good - total fishing boat! It will look better when it has a cooler of specks on board! (or bass or catfish).

Now go out and enjoy!

P.S. I spend hours cropping and enhancing my photo posts to hide flaws - but editing does no good for trying to shrink my gut!!!! :D

Nicely done, Squid!

Great feeling to get to the finish line, huh? She looks like a real fishing machine. You're gonna have a blast with her. You did a great job & because you built her and set her up like you wanted, you can't help but be pleased.

Enjoy,

it looks like a fishing machine to me. the only way to go. a real fishing boat doesnt need to be pretty it needs to float and get you there and back and that boat will do that and look good. i like it i only hope mine turns out that clean.
